After you register, you will be asked to complete an intake questionnaire and to schedule your scan.

Please complete the intake questionnaire as soon as possible and in as much detail as possible.

Schedule and attend your pre-challenge InBody scan. Then wait for your week 1 plan to arrive.

Do the meal plans change each week?

Yes!

Do I need to be a good cook to follow the plan?

Nope! The meal plans are simple, beginner-friendly, and realistic—perfect even if your kitchen skills are basic.

What if I don’t like something?

It won’t be on your plan!

Do I have to be a member of RTC to join?

No! The challenge is open to both RTC members and non-members.

I’m not local—can I still participate?

Yes! InBody scans are the only in person "requirement" - if you can get a scan in your hometown, simply send it to us. If not, we can operate off body weight changes only, but you will not be eligible for any prizes.

Will I need to count calories or track macros?

No.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

No problem. Every meal plan is tailored to your needs and PREFERENCES!

How are the weekly check-ins done?

You’ll connect via email each week to update progress and get adjustments & support.

Are the meals family friendly?

Yes. You will not need to cook different things for your kids/spouse. We will work with you to be sure it works for your family life.

How are winners determined?

We will award prizes to the top male and female by the highest % of Body Fat change

(based on starting and ending % body fat from InBody).

What are the prizes?

4 Weeks of Ongoing Meal Plans post Challenge for the top female and male

What if my partner wants to do it too...will our meals be the same?

Yes, They will be similar, with adjusted proportions to meet your specific needs/goals. You will not have to make different meals.

Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for this challenge?

YES! WE’VE PARTNERED WITH TRUEMED, WHICH ALLOWS ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS TO USE HSA/FSA FUNDS FOR HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS LIKE THIS ONE.

THIS IS A REIMBURSEMENT-BASED PROCESS. YOU’LL PAY UPFRONT, THEN SUBMIT DOCUMENTATION TO GET REIMBURSED THROUGH YOUR HSA/FSA PROVIDER. INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION EMAIL.

After you register, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps. From there, you will be directed to your intake questionnaire where you will tell us about your goals and preferences. You will also receive a link to schedule your pre-challenge InBody scan. The week before the challenge begins, you will come to RTC Fitness for you scan then wait for your week one meal plan to be delivered to your e-mail.
