Yes! Our classes are designed for all levels. Coaches will guide you through everything, offer modifications, and make sure you feel comfortable from start to finish.
Not at all. You’ll get stronger and fitter because you show up. Every workout is scalable, meaning we adjust movements to match your ability.
Just click the registration link, fill out your info, and you’re set! Once you register, you’ll get details on what to bring and how to check in for class.
Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring water, and a good attitude. We’ll provide all the equipment you need.
Plan to come 5-10 minutes before your first class so we can give you a quick tour, introduce you to the coach, and help you feel settled.
Nope! While it’s fun to train together, once you register you can attend any class on your own during Bring a Friend Week.
If you love it here (and we think you will!), you’ll get $50 off your first bill when you join. Plus, your friend who referred you will receive $50 cash as a thank-you. You can opt in to our on-ramp program or choose the membership that is best for you. We will meet with you to go over all the options and help you make the right choice for your goals.
