TRAINING CAMP DETAILS

RTC Fitness is offering an 8 week Sport Performance Camp for athletes from ages 9-14.

Each session will be 60 minutes, focusing on upper body, lower body, and speed/agility. Not only will each athlete get hands-on individual coaching that will last them a lifetime, but they will also learn how to fuel their body properly for optimal performance.
